GALAXY Façade - Graphite EPS Insulation Boards (Per m2)

These are silvery-grey graphite-enhanced EPS boards. The added graphite improves thermal performance, meaning better insulation can be achieved with thinner board thicknesses. They are available with flat or milled edges that allow installation “on an overlap”. Standard dimensions are 1000 mm in length, 500 mm in width, 20mm in thickness. Sold per m².

Mounting Recommendations

• Polystyrene boards should be used in accordance with Technical and Quality Recommendation RTQ ITB 1260/2020 and the construction design
• If mechanical fasteners are used, they must be appropriately selected for the substrate and follow the insulation design
• In ETICS systems, the next stages of work should follow only after the adhesive has achieved sufficient strength
• Maintaining continuity of thermal insulation and eliminating gaps at board joints is essential
• Boards must be protected from excessive heating during installation, especially due to the dark colour absorbing sunlight
